The printer monitor sends email alerts automatically when printer has errors, toner low, out of paper and print job have remained in the queue for longer than the pre-defined allowable wait time. Step 1. Follow the instructions in Online Demos -- Print Tracking / Print Counting in Windows Print Server Environment how to setup the printers. If you have already done that, skip this step. Step 2. In Preferences --> Printers, click Printer Alert button.
