CZ Print Job Report is an add-on of CZ Print Job Tracker, CZ Print Release Station or CZ Copier Tracking System. This printer usage reporting tool allows you to generate and view 100 printer usage reports including 64 default reports and 36 customized reports. It gives you the capability to export these reports to Adobe-PDF, MS-Word, MS-Excel and Rich Text formats. These reports are originally written in English, but can be easily translated into any language such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish etc. by translating some strings. This translation process takes just a few minutes.
The reports are designed for your print / copy cost analysis and client billing. You can use it to remotely connect to a MS Access database or SQL database to generate and view reports from any computer that is running Windows OS. When using with CZ Print Job Tracker, it can generate and email reports automatically.
CZ Print Job Report is a reporting tool and it doesn't capture and save the print jobs into the database. If you have your own print management software and want to use CZ Print Job Report to generate and view 100 reports, please make your print job database (either MS Access or SQL) meet the minimum requirements that the sample database 'printSaver_sample.mdb' provides C:\Program Files\CZ Solution\CZ Print Job Report\printSaver_sample.mdb). Our print management software CZ Print Job Tracker, CZ Copier Tracking System, CZ Print Release Station can track, manage and control the print / copy jobs and save the data into the database that is compatible with CZ Print Job Report.
If CZ Print Job Report and CZ Print Management Software (CZ Print Job Tracker, CZ Coper Tracking System, or CZ Print Release Station) are installed on the same computer, the default database file 'printSaver.mdb' is located in the installation folder of CZ Print Management Software (e.g. C:\Program Files\CZ Solution\CZ Print Job Tracker). If you install CZ Print Job Report and CZ Print Management Software on different computers, you can share the database folder from the computer where CZ Print Management Software is installed, CZ Print Job Report can connect to the shared database remotely (on the second computer) to view reports (e.g. \\CZ Print Job Tracker Computer Name\Shared Database Folder\printSaver.mdb). If you are using SQL server, you can use CZ Print Job Report to connect to the SQL database from any computer to view the reports.

Generate Reports at the defined time frame. Select a Report to view.
